I have also created dozens, if not hundres more custom Drupal modules, as every site I build generally requires some custom functionality that doesn't already exist. However, as it's a fairly large responsibility to host modules on drupal.org, I don't share most of them. Below are two more custom slideshows that I have created for a client's site. All javascript (JQuery) is custom written by myself, and each slideshow comes with an administration page to give the client various choices on transition speed, transition directions etc.
And finally, I have created the 'Portfolio' module that I am using on this site. Again, all JQuery was written by myself. The external side of it can be seen here.
